These ingredients have an amazing nutrient capacity and, thanks to their basic properties, have a positive effect on the organism’s acidity.
They supplement the staple food deficit caused by the consumption of industrially processed foods and the lack of fresh organic vegetables in today’s society.
All these ingredients are known for their purifying properties.
These are known for their strong anti-inflammatory effect, accelerate the metabolism, are helpful in weight loss, support and strengthen the entire organism.
During the first three days, it is advisable to halve the daily dose and slowly increase it from the fourth day to the recommended daily dose so that the detoxication process progresses gradually.
It is also recommended not to eat meat to cleanse the body so that the intestines are free of toxin secretions. It is important to drink about 3.5 litres of water per day.
A light diet, carefully washed vegetables, wholemeal bread instead of white bread is advisable. It is also not recommended to drink alcohol and coffee in large quantities. The aim is to relieve the liver with a suitable diet and not to strain it.
We recommend a detoxication cure at least four times a year.
