Oyster mushrooms contain lovastatin, which has a beneficial effect on maintaining healthy cholesterol levels. Beta-glucans from oyster mushrooms positively influence the proper condition of the cardiovascular system.

Vitamin B6 or pyridoxine contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells, which is appreciated by those who have problems with anemia. Thanks to its effects, it contributes to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion of the entire organism. It plays a significant role in the proper functioning of the metabolism of homocysteine, whose increased level in the blood is associated with health problems, such as blood circulation, or with psychological problems.

Folic acid is also an inevitable part of proper blood formation and keeps the heart functioning in good condition.

ANTIOXIDANTS

Antioxidants play a major role in protecting healthy cells of the human body against so-called oxidative stress. This is caused by harmful free radicals that have a negative effect on the function of healthy cells. They can cause health problems.

The syrup contains, among other things, echinacea, which contributes to the normal function of the immune and respiratory systems and to the normal function of the urinary tract. Furthermore, pomegranate, which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, or black elderberry, which is used to support the immune system, contributes to the normal functioning of the respiratory system and the normal functioning of the cardiovascular system. It supports cleaning and excretion of water from the body.

BRAIN ACTIVITY

B vitamins are also involved in the proper functioning of the brain. For example, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) is involved in brain processes that regulate emotions and mood. Vitamin B1 (thiamine) is involved in maintaining normal mental activity.
